Additional Legal Matters
Additional Legal Matters
While our core focus remains intellectual property, business law, contracts, and complex transactions, Daly Law & Strategy recognizes that client needs can extend beyond those boundaries. We occasionally accept additional matters—such as landlord-tenant disputes, debt collection, or family-related issues—on a case-by-case basis.
Representative Matters
Landlord–Tenant Law: Lease negotiation and enforcement, disputes concerning repairs or deposits, and eviction actions or defenses.
Debt Collection and Judgment Enforcement: Representation for creditors seeking recovery of unpaid obligations, enforcement of existing judgments, and related post-judgment proceedings.
Family Law: Limited-scope representation in divorce, custody, and support matters; negotiation of separation agreements; and guidance regarding mediation or collaborative options.
Juvenile and Youth-Related Matters: Defense and advocacy in juvenile proceedings and related school or administrative actions.
Civil and Small-Claims Disputes: Contract enforcement, business-to-business disagreements, and general civil litigation.
Probate and Estate Administration: Assistance with small-estate proceedings, guardianships, and related filings.
We also review other legal issues not expressly listed here on a case-by-case basis. When a matter falls outside our scope, we work to connect clients with trusted referral counsel within our professional network.
Our Evaluation Process
Each engagement begins with a focused consultation. We assess whether the matter aligns with our expertise and availability, and whether representation would serve the client’s best interests. Acceptance of any matter is at the firm’s discretion and subject to standard conflict-of-interest review.
